Good afternoon
I asked Beatrice Fogle for the names of her superiors so I could express my gratitude to you for her service, and tell you that she is an excellent representative of your company, providing the best service possible to your clients.
As with many of your clients, Beatrice entered our lives when we were going through the traumatic experience of losing much of our home and treasured belongings in the devastating flood of Hurricane Helene. Her professional, yet warm and personable manner let us feel we were in good hands, and our claim would be well communicated to our insurance company (USAA).
In the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene & Milton, a great many cases must have been demanding of her time, yet she never seemed overwhelmed by her caseload, and in fact was always available to reply to our questions and concerns by text, email or phone within a short time — even over weekends and holidays!
Her attention to detail has been great as she put together our claim. Her experienced, knowledgeable handling of our claim, and her patient, expert answering of all our questions, has been very reassuring.
It’s been heartening, during this challenging time, to know that we are not just a case number to your company, and we are not having to deal with you through automated systems, but instead we have the individual attention of a warm, caring person in Beatrice Fogle.

My name is Kimberley P C ,claim #&*^%$%^,from Apollo Beach Florida. I'm writing in regards to your contractor, Beatrice Fogle.She was my assigned agent after Hurricane Helene. I'd never experienced a hurricane before,as I'm from New England and relocated here 5 years ago. Beatrice was there within a couple days to evaluate my losses. Talk about the calm after the storm! She was so understanding and empathic to my situation.Even in the midst of my despair,she helped me feel more at ease. She wasted no time getting down to business as she documented and took pictures of the damages to my home. Her follow-ups and check-ins meant a lot to keep me abreast of the claims process. I don't know how she does it.Traveling the country, selflessly helping people navigate through the turmoil,at quite possibly the worst times of their lives.
